Cancellations
To reschedule, contact support at least 48 hours before your reservation. You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session for free. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged in full.
Cleanup
Return the purple loft to its original state by the end of your session
